This is a subject that really only hit me personally when the fighting between Israel and Lebanon took over headlines a couple of weeks ago.  Newspapers are always full of bad stuff.  But maybe more now than ever – lack of improvement in Iraq, AIDS still needs attention, the 26^th Canadian soldier killed in Afghanistan, terrorist activity in UK, religious extremism, the Jays’ season is over, and so on.  The only place you find anything “good� is the fluff in the entertainment world – and who cares?
